Structure of Girls Program for 2018-19 Season

 

Player Registration:

Registration opens on July 1st:

  1. Initial registration, due by 8/12/18.  $0 due prior to tryouts.  This is merely a registration so we have a head count for tryouts and for each team.
  2. Full entry fee is due on 9/1/18.

 

Try-outs & Next Steps:

  1. All players will be placed on a team.
  2. After try-outs on Sunday, August 12th (and make up date, if applicable) teams will be formed and communication will be prepared.
  3. You will receive an email on August 21st with your players’ team placement.  At that time you will need to pay the entry fee by end of day September 1st.
  4. You will need to order your uniform by 9/1/18 as well.  Late orders are not guaranteed to be here by the 1st games, and will come at an extra cost as set by the supplier.

 

Breakdown of teams based on grade level:

We anticipate 1 to 2 teams per grade level with 8-10 players per team.  However, adjustments will be made based on tryout numbers.  If needed, a third team can be added to keep numbers of teams ideal.

2nd & 3rd Grade: 8-10 players per team – Teams will be divided equally based on skill.

4th Grade: 8-10 players per team  – Teams will be divided based on skill level, with an “A” team, “B” team and “C” team if applicable

5th Grade: 8-10 players per team  – Teams will be divided based on skill level, with an “A” team, “B” team and “C” team if applicable

6th Grade: 8-10 players per team – Teams will be divided based on skill level, with an “A” team, “B” team and “C” team if applicable

7th Grade: 8-10 kids per team – Teams will be divided based on skill level, with an “A” team, and “B” team and "C" team if applicable

8th Grade: 8-10 kids per team – Teams will be divided based on skill level, with an “A” team, and “B” team and "C" team if applicable
